My first comic in a while. Lotta dudes at work are growing beards this month (they made some sort of pact or something, I did not ask), so it’s been a subject of contemplation for me.
Beards are transformative, but that means they can augment a face or absolutely wreck it, far as I’m concerned. (Beards are also subjective, though.)
Beards!
I dunno; would she look better with neon green hair? …Too She-Hulk?
Did this about a week ago intending to use it in a larger piece. I guess I still could, but I’ve been lazy, in part because of the awesome weather.
I feel like this character itself (I dunno, “Rosebot”? “Rosebird”? “Frogrose”?) and the way it flies are, together, kind of creepy. Still, flipbook-style mini-animation is a little thrill for me.
This is my attempt at a more elaborate gif :(
Line drawing tattoo design, anyone? Juuust kidding; I don’t think I’ll be getting this inked myself. Although it might as well be my personal motto.
More two-frame gifs depicting contrasting emotions! (although I guess the emotions involved are more closely related here, actually.) It kind of looks like she’s saying “ee-oh” over and over, but this was not my precise intention.
Here’s a somewhat cute flyer I’ve been working on for Rock to the Future. (I wanted both the kids in the afterschool program and their parents to appreciate it, hence a cartoon guitar throwing devil horns, if that makes sense.) Hadn’t really done much with offsets before, hope it goes over well!
Hell yes! I can’t draw horses for beans, so this is probably the best horse I have ever drawn. Copied from a photo (Larray Mahan, Five Time World Champion All-Around Cowboy, 1969) in which the guy did look pretty chill.
